most games made with renpy don't have sounds (doesn't bring much to game and it's quite a much extra work), music is less rare but problem on that finding totally free music or pay for it.
It's not that big, the latest update the dev had issues but wanted to get the update out. He instead of changing the format of the renders he released as is which makes it 48gigs.
several hrs play but that 48 gigs is raw pngs version while ~9 gigs version have webps.
