Now that's what you call a Music VIdeo

To the people wondering what the video means, there are clearly two interpretations, if you disagree don't get mad lol.
The first one would be that the guy had a girlfriend, she developed a tumor and some sort of head injury then later died. Now with her, the guy is reminiscing on the memories that they had together. I personally don't believe this one as more facts support the second one (in my opinion).
The second one would be that this guy is delusional. He is hallucinating about a girl, possibly the "girl of his dreams" and can't really figure out what is going on. He seems to partially understand that he is crazy (this is probably why he is always analyzing the xray and writing equations on the board) yet cant put it together so it puts him into a spiral of confusion/depression. The girl doesn't seem to be dead because at 0:54 she is looking at the x-ray (but it could be argued this is before she died) so it brings support to it being truly the guy. Then there is also the rabbit which is symbolically linked to love but at the same time repetition, and repetition can often mean insanity (www.whats-your-sign.com/symbolic-rabbit-meanings.html). You can also see the girl writing on the board at 2:11, and it could be argued that this is before "she died", but at 2:45 the frame changes from her to him writing the same thing. Then later at the club scene when he approaches the bar the bartender looks confused when he asks for two drinks (2:29-2:40) and then proceeds to give him one. At 1:34 there is also a pink liquid one the wall which isn't present later when he is sitting alone at the diner with the burgers, leading me to believe that it symbolizes hallucination or else there would be no reason for a close up of it. Finally, the reason I believe she never died and wasn't ever there is because shes there in the end of the video, with the chip things on her fingers. Some people might say, "he might be hallucinating that she was there", but if he was hallucinating then I would find it highly likely he was hallucinating always.
Again this is just my opinion, if you have other ideas id actually be really interested to hear them. You should also up vote this so I can feel good about myself. lol
