Article for Wiki Project

Filipino Americans#Immigration

The link above is to the article that I want to edit for my wiki project. This article above is on Filipino Americans, and there is a small section about immigration. I want to add on information in this section about statistics like about how many Filipino Americans are naturalized citizens, have LPR status, etc. I also think it would be great to add some of the information, I found in regards to poverty, education, and citizenship between Filipino immigrants to the U.S. (Maybe even a couple of graphs!)

"Article evaluation"

  • Is everything in the article relevant to the topic? Is there anything that distracted you?
    • Most of the information in this article is relevant to the overall general topic of Human Migration. However, I got confused with the mentioning of nomadic movements in the intro. I think that should be removed from there

    • From what I read, this article is neutral. There were no biased claims that I caught.
  • Are there viewpoints that are overrepresented, or underrepresented?
    • I think that there should be more information about how culture is impacted in human migration. The article should go more into depth.
  • Check a few citations. Do the links work? Does the source support the claims in the article?
